Dr. Faith Roaden PT, DPT
Faith Roaden graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. As a proud Wildcat, her journey into pelvic health began during PT school when her sister faced challenges in postpartum care after a difficult childbirth experience. This ignited Faith’s passion for using physical therapy to support antenatal and postpartum rehabilitation.
During her clinical rotations, Faith specialized in treating women’s health pelvic conditions alongside orthopedic issues. Her early career focused on orthopedic care, collaborating closely with orthopedic surgeons in post-operative recovery and sports medicine. Recognizing the unmet needs of female athletes with pelvic floor dysfunction, Faith pursued advanced training through the Herman and Wallace Institute, solidifying her expertise in pelvic health.
Faith is dedicated to empowering others through movement, striving to educate and empower her patients to independently manage their conditions at every stage of life. She celebrates each milestone with her patients and collaborates closely to overcome challenges together.
Outside of work, Faith cherishes family time, walks with her golden retriever Slugger, indulges in good books, and enjoys trips to the beach.

Dr. Kari Schlarman
(She/Her/Hers)
PT, DPT
Treats Female Pelvises Only
Dr. Karilee (“Kari”) Schlarman graduated from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. She then went on to receive a Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Anderson University. Her interest in pelvic health started in DPT school where she recognized the lack of awareness of pelvic health PT and its vital role for postpartum women, those experiencing chronic pain, older adults, and even athletes! This led to the pursuit of additional education and specialization from the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Kari has a passion for exercise and is a firm believer in “Movement is Medicine!” Outside of work, you can find Kari attending workout classes, cheering on the Cats, or spending time with her husband Justin and their two dogs - Booker and Goldie!
